I do respect your opinion. But i really didn't like The Nitwitting, in fact. It's the first episode in the Series that gave me a headache, but that was the first time i experienced the Episode so i gave it another chanceand it did the exact same thing that happened with my first experience in the 2nd experiencei don't see this Episode as a harmful Episode (I can give it this, it's far better than Ink Lemonade).
I can see that it's trying to go for a cartoony route (like the other episodes in the Post-Sequel era) but the way that this Episode did it was obnoxious. The experience that i had the entire episode led me to believe that the Episode was horrified of making its audience bored, so it decided to do this: the entire Episode has characters jumping around constantly on-screen & the characters are downright loud throughout. At first, the Episode gave me the feeling that Season 12 in its entirety was going to be like this episode, but luckily i was wrong, to me. Spongebob never needed to be loud and have its characters jumping across the screen in order to keep kids attention, since the show has been enjoyable these past few Seasons without being obnoxious and having characters move constantlyYes you do need to do something entertaining for your audience. Otherwise people would be bored (thus, why i didn't like Episodes like Drive Happy or Surf n' Turf) but you also need to keep your characters standing still Sometimes, otherwise.
Its makes the Episode obnoxious for people above the age of 12Which is where i thought this Episode failed. Far from the worst Episode of the Series and even the sequel era, but it's up as my #4 Least Favorite Episode of the Post-Sequel era of Spongebob).
